Tripp Evans for a special tour of Beauport highlighting the themes of the special exhibition, The Importance of Being Furnished: Four Bachelors at Home, on view now at the Eustis Estate. The exhibition explores the world of four captivating bachelors, men who used their homes as both expressions of their personal identities and to create a sense of belonging.

Tripp will lead visitors through Henry Davis Sleeper’s Beauport and share his research, illuminating Sleeper’s pioneering role as a “bachelor decorator” in the early twentieth-century, as well as his deep personal connection with friend and neighbor A. Piatt Andrew.
